When and where?
The 2024 UEFA European Football Championship, commonly known as UEFA Euro 2024, will be held in Germany from June 14th to July 14th 2024. This is the 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship, a football tournament contested by the men's national teams of UEFA.
What's new?
This year, the tournament will be expanded to 24 teams, up from 24 in previous years. This is the first time the tournament has been expanded since 1996.
The tournament will take place in 10 cities across Germany, which were selected in September 2018. The final will be held in Berlin at the Olympiastadion. The cities hosting the matches are Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Stuttgart, and Gelsenkirchen.
